Brain Tumour Research
Represents the united campaign voice of the Brain Tumour Research group of charities. Established in 2008, the charity Brain Tumour Research was launched specifically to raise substantial funds for brain tumour research.


Clic Sargent for children with cancer
The UK's leading children's cancer charity, CLIC Sargent is the only organisation to offer all round care and support. The range of services means that they can support children and young people with cancer, and their families, every step of the way.


Children's Cancer and Leukaemia Group (CCLG)
A national and professional body responsible for the organisation of the treatment and management of children with cancer in the UK. They coordinate national and international clinical trials. They also provide information for patients and families and produce a quarterly magazine called Contact.


Headstrong for children with a brain tumour
Headstrong is the name of the Brain and Spine Foundation children’s information programme. This website is specifically aimed at children who have been diagnosed with a brain tumour. There is also a booklet which you can get from the team at the Marsden or from their website.


Macmillan Cancer Support
Provides a range of free information and support on all aspects of cancer Including: advice on benefits and other kinds of financial support and information on local cancer support groups and organisations near you.


Macmillan Youth Line
The Macmillan Youth Line is for young people between the ages of 12 and 21 years who have questions or concerns about cancer. Macmillan also produces publications on cancer types, treatments benefits and financial help for people affected by cancer.


Samantha Dickson Brain Tumour Trust
The largest adult and childhood brain tumour charity dedicated to research and support in the UK. Since the charity was set up in 1996 they’ve raised over £10m for brain tumour research and support services and the charity is proud to be the largest dedicated funder of brain tumour research in the UK.
